Posithread External Unified (UNJC, UNJF, UNJEF, UNJS) threading insert
- Full form insert to MIL-S-8879C 9-1992 Class 3A
- Insert sizing code eg 16NR 16=size of insert / N=Internal E=External / L=Left hand R=Right hand U=Left or Right Hand.
- Ground inserts for high quality thread production.
- Grade PTC2 (TiN PVD coating) P15-P35, M15-M30, K10-K20, S10-S15 and N05-H10
- Suitable for all materials including heat resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steels, hard steels and carbon steels.
- NOTE:- To machine internal UNJ, produce bore and use standard UN insert to give correct thread truncation.
